LIDO DEL FARO’S RULES

 

We are pleased to welcome you to the Lido del Faro B&B.

We invite you to read our internal regulation.

 

 

The following rules are not only dictated by common sense and mutual respect but also by the law.

• Room cleaning:

Change of linen (sheets and towels) every 3 days and cleaning of the room every 6 days is included in the rate.

Upon request, it is possible to take advantage of the cleaning before 6 days (at an additional cost of € 15 for each time).

 

• Garden cleaning:

The cleaning and mowing of the garden is scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 13:00.

• Garbage separation:

In the city of Olbia, waste collection takes place door-to-door following a specific calendar for each area. Your kind collaboration is requested in the garbage separation, not only to allow the recycling of most of them, but also to avoid penalties.

In each room and in the common areas, specific bins are provided for the separetion of plastic, glass and cans, paper, organic and not recyclable.

• Payment Methods:

We require to pay in advance via bank transfer.

Any change of duration of your stay or room can be paid on site by cash or credit card.

We accept credit cards and debit cards. Checks are not accepted.

The city tax of € 2.50 per day per person (for a maximum of 7 nights) must be paid in cash upon arrival. A receipt will be issued.

Those who meet the requirements can be exempted  from paying the above tax. (exemptions can be found by clicking the following link)

• Check-in and check-out times:

The check-in is from 3:00 pm and the check-out is by 10:30 am (we regret that we can not keep your luggage under our custody).

Check-in can take place by making an appointment, both in the presence of the host and in web check-in mode.

We ask you to leave the room on time so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

There will be a penalty (equal to one night stay charged at the maximum price) for not leaving the room by the check out time (10.30 am). We can allow maximum 30 minutes delay.

Please note that no refunds are provided in the event of early departures.

• Registration:

Upon arrival,a valid identity document must be provided, according to the local law.

The data provided will be processed in compliance with the current legislation.

• Number of people:

It is not allowed to bring people into the guesthouse who have not been registred  or without the owner’s consent.

• Animals:

At the moment the Lido del Faro B&B is not equipped to welcome animals.

• breakfast time:

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 09:30 (in case of special needs, the time must be previously agreed with the manager). Guests are kindly requested to communicate any intolerances or allergies in advance.

Breakfast is avaible on request. The price varies according to the type of breakfast requested.

• Prohibitions:

–  smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the structure for hygiene and safety reasons according to the following law.(Law 584 of 1975, art.51 Law 3 of 2003 and subsequent amendments) .

– It is forbidden to throw diapers or anything that could block the pipes into the toilet.   there are special bins to dispose them.

 

• Obligations of the guest:

– Any damage or improper use of the equipment must be reported and will be charged.

-We kindly ask you to limit noise from 12.00 am to 8.00 am and from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm to respect and guarante a peaceful and relaxed stay to the other guests.

– We kindly ask you to turn off the lights, television and other electrical appliancess when leaving the room by removing the card.

• Recommendations:

– Guests are kindly requested to take care of their valuables and to keep them in the safe provided in each room. Lido del Faro will not be  responsible for any theft, loss or damage to valuables and objects left in the promises.

– Guests are kindly asked to close the main gate, the door to the room and to take good care of the keys, which must be returned upon departure.

You will be charged if you lose the keys.

– Please do not leave the keys in the lock.
